Every year, since 2002, the European Mobility Week is organised from 16 to 22 September and is dedicated to sustainable mobility. The campaign is accompanied by a one-day event called “In town, without my car”.
About the project
Street for All – participatory street planning in Lviv
Project duration: October 2015 – September 2017
The “Street for All”-project is run by Lviv City Council in cooperation with Leipzig City Council (Germany). In its framework a process of planning the future design of Stepan-Bandera-Street in Lviv is organized. All relevant stakeholders (residents, shop-owners, students and teachers of Lviv Polytechnic University, etc.) will be intensively involved into this process.
The planning will be realized in 2017 in the framework of the reconstruction of Bandera-Street.
The experience gathered shall later be used for the planning of other streets in Lviv.
Project budget: 72 000 euros
